Events Liaison Lead

The Event Liaison Lead manages the Event Liaisons (ELs). The role is a mostly pre-con recruiting and oversight role.

Pre-con:

• Define the event liaison job for the current year 
• Recruit event liaisons
• Send sample emails to event liaisons so they don't have to write from scratch. 
• Send welcome email to ELs explaining what they need to do to onboard, timelines, etc.
• Maintain and share a contact list of ELs.
• Maintain a master list of event information.

At-con:

• Confirm that each EL has arrived
• Maintain communication with ELs during the con
